Pricing Policy:
We reserve the right to correct prices that are not input into
or are not calculated by the shopping cart system correctly.
We will notify all customers before such a change is made
to the order to verify that the updated price is acceptable.
In addition, manufacturers are constantly changing models
and their costs to our distributors. When prices are lowered,
we will certainly pass the savings on to the customer. If
a price goes up, we may be obligated to increase your price.
We will always contact the customer in the event of a price
change in this situation for instructions. Placing an order
constitutes an acceptance of this policy.
Shipping Policy:
All orders are usually shipped within a timely manner of payment
clearance, and backorders are usually shipped within one
week. Special order items may take longer.
We cannot ship to an alternate "Ship to" address
that is not your credit card company billing address without
prior arrangements being made with us. This will include the
customer having to fax a copy of a valid driver's license (or
other valid picture ID) and credit card (front & back)
to us. Your phone number must be included in your fax. This
is the only way we can ship to an address other than your credit
card billing address. This is for your protection as well as
our own. This procedure will prevent an unauthorized person
using your credit card information to ship to an alternate
address.
Delivery via UPS ground service will take up to 5-7days depending
on which part of the country you reside in.
Return/Exchange Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
or the merchandise has arrived damaged, simply return the
merchandise (in original packaging) within seven days of
shipment for a prompt exchange or store credit. Certain products
are not available for return or refund. Car audio and electronic
equipment should be "bench-tested" prior to installation.
Units that are damaged, scratched, or abused during installation
will not be accepted for credit! Every return is subject
to a return authorization from SoundKraft.com. You MUST request
a RA# (return authorization number) via e-mail before returning
the merchandise. No return will be accepted without a RA#.
Please note that a RA# issued by SoundKraft.com does not
constitute final approval of a credit. A credit can only
be issued after final inspection and testing of the returned
products. All returned products must be in original fact
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, and
all accessories. Do not write on the product or the original
package. We will charge the customer for replacement of damaged,
altered, written-on, or missing contents or cartons. SoundKraft.com
reserves the right to refuse any such damaged products or
cartons. Besides the shipping label, the only writing on
the outside of the returned package should be the RA#. All
returns must arrive with shipping charges prepaid by customer.
Returns must be shipped via registered mail, UPS, or FedEx
(you should also purchase insurance on the package). Additionally,
there will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns (does
not apply for exchanges on damaged goods). After a fifteen
day period, all defects and/or problems must be dealt directly
with the manufacturer (see warranty policy below form more
information).
Payment Policy:
You may purchase products via one of the following ways: Personal/Bank
Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. All payments must be in U.S. currency and made
payable to SoundKraft. We also accept payment by PayPal.
We do not accept international credit cards.
Warranty Policy:
Very important, please read.
Every product purchased from us includes full warranty. Now,
most manufacturers do not authorize Internet/Mail-order sales
of some or all of their products. This means that these manufactures
have a right not to honor the manufacturer’s warranty
on those products. However, if for any reason you are not able
to have a product purchased from us serviced by the manufacturer,
then we will take care of all warranty work for you. All you
will have to pay is the cost of shipping the product back to
us. Your product will be serviced by a factory authorized service
center and returned to you as soon as possible or the product
will be replaced if it is not repairable or discontinued by
the manufacturer. We will offer you this store warranty for
the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty.
New vs. Refurbished:
All of the items that are listed on our web site are brand
new in factory sealed boxes (unless otherwise stated). Many
companies will try to sell you refurbished merchandise as
brand new merchandise. Most of the time you will not be able
to tell the difference. We recommend contacting the manufacturer
with the model and serial numbers to verify the true history
of any merchandise that you purchase. You will find manufacturer
contact information on our links page. However, we do sell
demo units from time to time at drastically reduced prices.
These items are still under store warranty and have been
used in-house for less than a year usually. Demo units will
be clearly marked in our web store.
Typographical Errors
SoundKraft is not responsible for errors and omissions in pricing,
specifications, and other copy on the web site.
All orders include shipping within the Continential United
States.
